Krafty Kidz caters for a variety of children's ages.
There are classes running for the following age groups:

Welcome to Krafty Kidz!
Krafty Kidz run a variety of classes for children from 6 months up to their teenage years (not to mention our grown upz classes!) in and around the Kingdom of Fife. The classes incorporate messy play, arts, crafts and loose parts play. They are led by a qualified primary school teacher who is passionate about the value of play.

What can I expect?
Babiez, 6 months plus messy play
The focus in these classes is very much on messy play. The selected activities are age appropriate and shall differ each week. These classes are lots of fun, and lots of mess!
Totz, 1-5 years
While the focus on messy play remains, there is also an introduction to loose parts for the children who attend this class. There are many benefits to loose parts play (these can be found in the 'about' section). Each week your child will also be given the opportunity to complete an arts and craft project.
Play Totz, 1-5 years
Very much the emphasis is still on play in this class - and a chat for the parents! The ethos of this class is a little like a toddler group. There is no messy play or craft, just access to the wonderful Krafty Kidz play resources. Every week the dressing up rail and the soft play make an appearance. The four tough spot activities differ each week. This is not a block booking class, it is just bookable for each weekly session.
Kidz, P1-7
The Kidz class is the original, hence its name is actually the business name too. It’s for children in P1-7 and I started it because I was a primary school teacher at the time.
There is still an emphasis on play during this class so the children do have access to three tough spot activities each week. One of them is always crafting materials while the other two rotate between construction materials, playmobil, hama beads, orbeez, playdough …. the list goes on. They also have a doodle book each if they prefer to do that.
The main emphasis though changes over to the art in this class which makes it different to the Totz class. When I do the termly plan I ensure that we are going to use a variety of medium and techniques so that everybody gets to do what they love.
Kidz Skillz, 8-11 years
This class is run by our resident artist Claire. During each of the hour long classes, the children will receive a lesson and demonstration on a drawing element or technique followed by an activity for them to practice.
The class will be in a relaxed and social environment, chatting and asking questions is encouraged so long as all are mindful and respectful of everyone's space and during demonstrations.
Teenz, P5 upwards
There are no tough spot activites at this class, however the children do all have a mindfulness colouring book and a sketch book. The focus is entirely on art and craft at Teenz. As with Kidz, we use a variety of medium and techniques.
Teen Skillz, 12 years upwards

Grown Upz
This one is for the crafty adults! Lesley and Marge run these classes on a Monday evening. Each week there is a different activity to tackle. A lovely social and crafting event with a great bunch of likeminded people.
