We’re not going to mess around with your data. We work hard to ensure Krafty Kidz is a safe and trustworthy place to find information about fun arts and crafts classes, birthday parties and group bookings.
We take care to ensure your data is kept safe and protected, and we only use it to contact you should it be deemed relevant BUT you should know we do collect some information and here’s why:
We want to give you the best possible experience when using our site or corresponding with us. We will only ever use the details you share with us to help make your experience with Krafty Kidz the best it can be, and nothing else.
Comments
When visitors leave comments/reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Nasty comments aren’t liked by anyone.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Contact forms
By providing us details such as your name and contact details in our contact form you are giving us permission to use these in order to respond to your query. Plain and simple, nothing else.

All data from visitors to our site is stored in a password protected file
Should a site visitor contact us with personal information, their data is stored in a secure device and in password protected files which can only be accessed by ourselves.

As a visitor to our site we won’t ever share your data without your consent. Full stop.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have left any comments, you have various rights in relation to the date we have collected about you, for example the right to receive a copy of the data we hold and the right to request that we erase any personal data we hold about you from our records. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service for your own safety and to continue to keep Krafty Kidz a safe site for everyone. We don’t sell your information to anyone and we don’t send it anywhere else.
